Human Rights Commission

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission (LFUCHRC) is a neutral fact-finding agency that investigates alleged cases of discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation in Lexington - Fayette County, Kentucky. The LFUCHRC is also the enforcement agency of the new minimum wage ordinance in Lexington. There is no fee for our services.
