Filing A Complaint

The LFUC Human Rights Commission investigates alleged cases of discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation.

The HRC can only investigate cases of discrimination in Lexington-Fayette County, KY. Please contact your local or state Commission if you have a complaint outside of Lexington, KY.

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the complaint form. After completing the form, you can either save the form and email to the Commission at [email protected] or you can print the completed form and mail to the address below. You must open the form in Adobe Acrobat in order to save it as a completed document. Then you can save it and email to the HRC.
